Those expecting a drop in performance for Jack Salter (GPI#17) following a fantastic 2014 poker campaign will have to wait a little longer as the 2015 GPI Poker World Cup Team UK member has, to this point, refused to let that happen, instead pushing his way to a career-best Top 20 spot inside the GPI World Poker Rankings.
Salter is coming off a fine effort at the EPT Barcelona Festival where he won a Turbo event – his first win of 2015 – and added a pair of other results. The oldest of Team UK’s Salter brothers now has 10 Top 10 results this poker season.
Recent successes have also seen Salter make a move on the UK National charts, sitting 2nd in both the National Rankings and the UK PoY leaderboard, placing himself in excellent position to qualify to represent his Nation for a second consecutive year at the GPI Poker World Cup.
